What You’ll Do as a Financial Analyst: - Analyze financial statements, operational data, and performance indicators to support strategic decision-making. - Build, maintain, and optimize financial models, reports, and dashboards to ensure data accuracy and visibility. - Monitor key financial metrics and provide insights on profitability, cost control, and business performance. - Partner with accounting, operations, and commercial teams to translate financial data into actionable insights. - Ensure internal financial systems and reports are properly updated to support traceability and reliable reporting.

Your Profile: - Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (other backgrounds may be considered). - Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, ideally with exposure to accounting processes. - Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel knowledge; experience with Power BI or data automation tools is a plus. - English level B2 or higher, able to hold professional conversations. - High attention to detail, structured thinking, and a results-oriented mindset.
