The Facilities Specialist, to be the first point of contact for our team, clients, and visitors. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth daily office operations and creating a welcoming, professional environment. Key Responsibilities: • Supplier management and monitoring • Document control and contracts • Maintenance monitoring • Support in Civil Protection compliance • Preparation of operational reports • Simultaneous management of administrative processes

Requerimientos

• Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field. •2+ years in formal corporate administration, preferably with experience in facilities, document control or regulatory compliance. • Professional profile, excellent communication skills, and customer-focused mindset • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment • Profesiona English proficiecy is a must.
