We're looking for a Dispatch Associate to support our client's dispatch operation in the NY/NJ market. This person will be responsible for coordinating pickup/delivery appointments, managing empty container returns, and maintaining constant communication with drivers to keep the operation running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Book appointments in Port Truck Pass and Termpoint
Search for and confirm empty container return locations
Maintain constant communication with drivers to coordinate routes and resolve real-time issues
Track load status throughout the shift
Escalate operational issues promptly
