Talento is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Mid-Level) to support client operations within the logistics environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding shipment status and logistics inquiries.
- Provide timely updates on pickups, deliveries, delays, and operational changes.
- Coordinate with dispatch, carriers, and internal teams to resolve service issues.
- Monitor shipments and proactively communicate potential disruptions.
- Maintain accurate records and update information in TMS or internal systems.
- Handle customer requests and ensure service expectations are met.
