Direct Traffic Solutions is a veteran-owned third-party logistics company providing customized transportation solutions across the United States. We are looking for a CRM & Sales Operations Specialist to support our HubSpot and ZoomInfo platforms, improve data quality, and help our sales team use these tools effectively. This role will provide day-to-day CRM and sales technology support, including troubleshooting, user setup, reporting, data cleanup, training, and process documentation. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, technically capable, and comfortable supporting a fast-paced sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for HubSpot and ZoomInfo support.
- Troubleshoot issues involving contacts, companies, deals, ownership, permissions, lists, sequences, workflows, reports, and integrations.
- Manage users, teams, permissions, seats, and onboarding.
- Support ZoomInfo searches, exports, enrichment, intent data, and HubSpot syncing.
- Maintain CRM data quality by identifying duplicates, incomplete records, incorrect ownership, and association issues.
- Assist with imports, exports, database cleanup, lead routing, and account reassignment.
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, lists, views, and basic workflows.
- Help sales representatives follow established lead, deal, ownership, and prospecting processes.
- Provide training and create simple CRM guides and standard operating procedures.
- Test system changes and escalate high-impact issues when needed.
