Key Responsibilities:
- Editorial Strategy & Governance: Define and execute the monthly editorial calendar across all channels (Social Media, Web, Email Marketing, SEO, and Internal Comms). Review and approve organic content, landing pages, and newsletters.
- Stakeholder & Community Management: Lead the communication strategy for parents (newsletters, campaigns) and internal staff, fostering alignment, culture, and brand belonging. Overlook the "Brand Ambassador Families" project.
- Brand Storytelling: Define the approach for gathering and producing powerful testimonials and stories from families, students, and staff.
- Reputation & Crisis Management: Oversee community management and social listening. Identify, manage, and escalate reputational risks or sensitive conversations to the Head of Marketing & Communications.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Growth, Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, and the Design team to align content with acquisition journeys, lead magnets, and visual production.
- Performance & Analytics: Track and analyze content performance, engagement metrics, and audience sentiment to continuously optimize our editorial approach.
