The Client Onboarding Specialist is a highly skilled professional in technology & communication, responsible for integrating new users into our software. This specialist ensures that clients fully understand and efficiently utilize our digital tools, providing an exceptional user experience and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Mission or General Objective:
The primary objective of the Client Onboarding Specialist is to facilitate the seamless transition of users to our software. This involves configuring and setting up the platform and specific tailored Word & Excel templates, as well as facilitating the onboarding process with the aim to set new clients up for success. Success in this role is measured by the specialist’s ability to increase software adoption and usage, improve user satisfaction, and contribute to the company’s overall goals.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients starting their journey with the Valcre platform.
2. Own and execute the client implementation journey from start to finish.
3. Lead client kickoff meetings and regular project status meetings to drive projects forward.
4. Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely and successful implementations.
5. Maintain accurate project documentation and update internal systems with project status and client information.
6. Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer solutions to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
7. Gather and analyze user feedback to continuously improve the product.
8. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges users may encounter during onboarding.
9. Work with sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to software implementation.
