As an OS&D Customer Service Specialist, you will interact with customers to provide information in response to OS&D inquiries and resolve complaints.
• OS&D Database – documenting accurately daily activities in a timely manner.
• Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customer problems.
• Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.
• Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
• Determine charges for services requested (delivery or re-delivery)
• Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess validity of issue and to determine possible cause.
• Coordinating returned goods.
• Recommend improvements to prevent future problems.
• Confer with customers by telephone or in person in order to provide information about products and services, or to obtain details of issues.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, and comments, as well as actions taken. Provide proof of delivery (POD) per customer request.
• Inventories – working with each warehouse in placing freight that has been returned to the warehouse per customer request.

Requerimientos
• Minimum 6 +month of experience in 6, logistics claims management (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze problems and provide effective solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency required).
• Experience working with databases or tracking systems (TMS experience is a plus).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
