Ccs Connectivity & Telecom Operations

- Manage vehicle connectivity (SIM, carrier, roaming, messaging). - Monitor and validate communication plans, data usage, and operational/customer costs. - Administer SIM status and related configurations. - Analyze connectivity and network failures (timeouts, low signal, communication loss). - Validate proper communication between vehicle and CCS platform. - Prepare reports on costs, usage, and trends for customers and management. - Support plant connectivity inspections or validations when required. - Coordinate and manage incidents with carriers, HQ, and external providers.

- Knowledge of vehicle connectivity concepts: SIM, carrier, roaming, data usage - Understanding of mobile networks (2G / 3G / 4G / LTE) applied to IoT and vehicles -Ability to analyze connectivity issues (timeouts, signal loss, data gaps) -SIM lifecycle management and basic configuration control -Cost, usage, and SLA monitoring related to telecom services Desirable: - Knowledge of SIM, M2M, and IoT platform management. - Familiarity with Cisco IoT Control Center (Jasper) or similar platforms. - Experience using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, advanced Excel, etc.).
