We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing logistics team. This role is focused on generating new business opportunities through high-volume outreach and building a strong pipeline of qualified leads. You will be the first point of contact with prospects, responsible for identifying opportunities, scheduling meetings, and supporting the initial quoting process before handing off to the closing team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct high-volume outbound outreach, including cold calling (100+ calls daily), LinkedIn messaging, and email campaigns.
• Generate new business opportunities and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
• Identify and engage prospects within logistics, warehousing, and supply chain industries.
• Schedule meetings and discovery calls for the sales/closing team.
• Support the quoting process by gathering initial requirements and relevant customer information.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity reports on a daily basis.
• Use tools like ZoomInfo and CRM systems to source, track, and manage leads.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities.

Requerimientos
Qualifications:
• 6 months to 3 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development roles.
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain environments is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of drayage is a plus, but not required.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal), as this is a customer-facing role.
• Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and outreach.
• Experience using lead generation tools such as ZoomInfo or similar platforms.
• Basic Excel skills for tracking and reporting activities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
• Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
