We are hiring an AI Operations & Growth Lead: an AI builder with a business mindset who builds agents and workflow automations, owns client delivery and SLAs with US clients, tracks KPIs and grows accounts.

Around 3 to 5 years in AI operations, automation, engineering or research.
Proven experience building AI systems, agents and workflow automation.
Systems thinking and bottleneck analysis.
Client delivery, SLA management and commercial judgment.
C1 English for US client work.
Engineering backgrounds, PhDs and startup experience welcome.
