The Aftersales Operationl Specialist is responsible for ensuring that BYD’s dealer network meets company standards in operations, service quality, and facility compliance. This position plays a key role in evaluating dealership performance, conducting store certification and TQC (Total Quality Control) assessments, and providing data-driven insights to improve aftersales operations and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular business trips to dealership locations to perform store certification and TQC scoring.
Deliver timely and accurate reports on certification results and lead review meetings for approval.
Collect, organize, and analyze dealer operational data after each visit.
Provide support for reporting and analysis needs of other departments.
Review and understand engineering drawings and store layouts to verify compliance with BYD standards.
Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations and audit reports with strong visual and aesthetic quality.
Identify problems and propose practical solutions to enhance operational performance.
Maintain high ethical standards, integrity, and professionalism in all business interactions.
