The Aftersales District specialist supports the regional aftersales operations of the company, ensuring optimal dealer performance in service, parts, and customer satisfaction. For this role we are looking fresh graduate candidates, motivated with slightly experience in the automotive who wants to develop their career in industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring dealer performance against KPIs, including service quality, parts sales, customer satisfaction, and warranty compliance.
- Support dealer visits to review processes, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Aid in the coordination training sessions for dealer staff on aftersales processes, systems, and customer service best practices.
- Provide assistance in warranty claim reviews and follow up on pending cases.
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze regional aftersales data to support decision-making and reporting to management.
- Support in the implementation of regional service campaigns, recalls, and customer care initiatives.
- Participate in customer satisfaction improvement programs and assist dealers in implementing corrective actions.
