Accounts Receivable Analyst | Regional SSC Americas 📍 Location: Querétaro, Mexico 💼 Work Mode: Hybrid About the Role We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join a Regional Shared Services Center (SSC) within a multinational organization, supporting accounts receivable and cash application processes across the Americas region (LATAM & United States). This role provides hands on exposure to regional finance operations, working in a structured SSC environment. Role Purpose The Accounts Receivable Analyst is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing of receivables, including invoicing support, cash application, reconciliations, and customer follow ups. The role has a direct impact on cash flow, revenue accuracy, and customer experience, supporting standardized AR processes across the Americas. Key Responsibilities • Perform day to day accounts receivable activities, including cash application, posting of receipts, and customer account maintenance. • Support intercompany and third party AR processes, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. • Monitor open items, AR aging, and dunning activities, following up on overdue balances. • Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, short payments, and customer account issues. • Support month end closing activities, including reconciliations and reporting related to AR. • Prepare and analyze AR reports and KPIs, supporting SSC performance tracking. • Respond to internal and external customer inquiries, ensuring service levels and SLAs are met. • Support process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives within AR operations. • Collaborate with Billing, Sales, Finance, and Treasury teams across LATAM and the US.

What We’re Looking For Education • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related fields. Experience • 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounting, or Finance Operations. • Exposure to regional or multi country processes is a plus. • Experience in a Shared Services Center (SSC) environment is desirable. Technical Knowledge • Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar). • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. • Professional English required (written and spoken).
