Accounting Clerk Sr

We are looking for an experienced accounting professional to oversee end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency across the finance team. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage accounts payable and receivable workflows end-to-end • Lead monthly reconciliations, financial reporting, and period-end closing activities • Identify, investigate, and resolve complex billing and payment discrepancies • Ensure accuracy and compliance across financial records, ledgers, and documentation • Mentor and support junior accounting staff, driving process improvements

• Experience: 4-5 years • Education: Bachelor's degree or specialized degree (optional) • 4+ years in accounting roles • Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or similar • Independently manages projects or areas of responsibility • Possesses deep expertise and makes strategic decisions • Provides mentorship and guidance to junior team members
