We’re growing our Brokerage team and looking for Freight Brokers who want to build and grow their own book of business, with real support and long-term stability.

What You’ll Do as a Freight Broker

* Find and close new customers through prospecting and networking.
* Negotiate good, profitable rates with carriers using GLT’s network and tools.
* Manage shipments from pickup to delivery, keeping customers and carriers informed.
    * Grow your accounts with simple strategies that increase volume and profit.

What We’re Looking For

* Experience as a Freight Broker.
* Strong sales mindset and focus on the customer.
* Confidence negotiating and closing deals.
* English level B2+ or higher (required).
