What You’ll Do
As an Account Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth through new client acquisition and account development.
Your responsibilities will include:
Acquire new customers through proactive prospecting (calls, emails, outreach).
Reactivate inactive accounts and identify new business opportunities.
Build long-term relationships by understanding customer needs and positioning GLT as a strategic partner.
Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts, ensuring consistent communication and service quality.
Develop tailored solutions for each client to maximize account potential.
Maintain accurate and updated information in the CRM.
This is a hybrid commercial role with a strong focus on business development and account management.

Requerimientos
Your Profile:
Education: High School Diploma required. Studies in Business, International Business, Foreign Trade, Logistics, or related fields are a plus, but not mandatory.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in sales (B2B, intangible sales, or account development preferred).
Language: English proficiency B2+ or higher (required).
