Position Summary
Is in charge of planning all the LTL shipments in the TMS. Verify that all information for the shipment are correct: dates and times for the shipper and consignee are up to date and correct. Verify that the cargo is ready to be picked up. Set the pickup and delivery appointments if needed on the load. For LTL shipments they need to assure cargo gets picked up avoiding as many inconveniences as possible. All this proceeding according to the customer and carrier expectations.
Top 5 tasks & responsibilities:
1. Handling the correct coordination for LTL shipments, coordinate and confirm pickups requests.
2. Maintain direct and constant communication with the customer/carrier/sales teams.
3. Daily follow-up of the shipments in the system to keep the customers informed. (Dashboard)
4. Daily follow up of shipments from the day before with the updates from the OPS team, guide and provide solutions to customers from issues presented.

Required Skills, Education & Experience
• 1 year of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree in logistics, business administration, international business, industrial engineering or similar. A technical diploma and 2.5 years of relevant experience could be accepted in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
• At least 6 months' experience in client service roles.
• Advanced English is required.
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in Microsoft or G-Suit is required.
• Proactive, detail oriented and analytic person.
• Enthusiastic to build a career within the logistics industry.
